MoMento is committed to promoting a school system and society in which children and young people are supported in developing into independent, responsible, and mentally healthy individuals. The non-profit organization, based in Zurich, develops programs and materials that promote well-being, life skills, positive relationships, and a healthy learning and classroom environment.

Through programs such as MoMento School and MoMento Family, the organization supports teachers, professionals, and parents in strengthening the social and emotional development of children and young people. The programs are based on recognized approaches such as mindfulness and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and are aligned with Switzerland’s Curriculum 21 (Lehrplan 21). Through trainings, professional development courses, and educational materials, key competencies such as stress management, self-awareness, empathy, and respectful interaction are promoted.

Thanks to the support of the ERNA Foundation, the project “Life Skills Make School: Consolidation and National Expansion of MoMento” was able to continue. The donation contributes to expanding training opportunities and materials for teachers and professionals, thereby enabling even more children and young people to strengthen their personal development, well-being, and mental health.
